Weekly Lessons

The weekly lessons happen each week at the agreed appointed time.

If a student needs to change a lesson time (with minimum 24 hours notice), every effort will be made to find an alternative time within that week, or the lesson is forfeit.

Missed lessons cannot be carried over to following weeks.

Flexible Lessons

The flexible lessons happen as arranged – from lesson to lesson or at a regular time (with flexibility to re-arrange with 48 hours notice).

A minimum of 48 hours notice must be given if a scheduled lesson needs to be re-arranged and there is no forfeiture.

Lessons missed with less than 48 hours notice given are forfeit.
